白内障术后患者并发后发性白内障血液相关指标及血小板源性生长因子水平分析

目的：分析白内障术后患者并发后发性白内障血液相关指标及血小板源性生长因子( PDGF)水平。方法选取2013年10月—2015年7月34例接受白内障手术后并发后发性白内障患者为观察组，选取同期30例白内障术后未发生后发性白内障的患者记为对照组。比较两组血液流变学指标：血沉、血浆高切黏度和全血低切黏度；氧化应激指标：丙二醛( MDA)、过氧化脂质( LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)、一氧化氮( NO)；并分析PDGF-A表达差异。结果观察组血沉、血浆高切黏度和全血低切黏度均较对照组高( P<0．01)；观察组MDA、LPO和NO较对照组高， SOD较对照组低(P<0．01)；观察组PDGF-A阳性表达率较对照组高(P<0．01)，且PDGF-A阳性表达率高龄组较低龄组高(P<0．05)。结论白内障术后后发性白内障患者有明显的氧化应激损伤；PDGF在后发性白内障发生和进展中起重要作用。

Analysis of Related Blood Indexes and Levels of Platelet Derived Growth Factor in Patients with Posterior Capsu-lar Opacification after Cataract Surgery

Objective To analyze related blood indexes and levels of platelet derived growth factor ( PDGF) in patients with posterior capsular opacification after cataract surgery. Methods A total of 34 posterior capsular opacifica-tion patients after cataract surgery between October 2013 and July 2015 were enrolled in observation group, and 30 pa-tients without posterior capsular opacification after cataract surgery at the same period were selected as control group. He-modynamic indexes such as erythrocyte sedimentation rate, plasma high shear viscosity and low shear viscosity of whole blood, and oxidative stress indexes such as malondialdehyde ( MDA ) , lipid peroxides ( LPO ) , superoxide dismutase (SOD) and nitric oxide (NO) were compared, and the difference in PDGF-A expression was analyzed in two groups. Results Compared with those in control group, in observation group, values of erythrocyte sedimentation rate, plasma high shear viscosity and low shear viscosity of whole blood were higher ( P<0. 01 ); MDA, LPO and NO levels were higher, while SOD level was lower (P<0. 01); positive expression rate of PDGF-A was higher (P<0. 01). Further-more, the positive expression rate of PDGF-A in elder group was higher than that in younger group (P<0. 05). Conclu-sion Patients with posterior capsular opacification after cataract surgery have obvious oxidative stress injuries, and PDGF plays an important role in pathogenesy and progress of posterior capsular opacification.
