摘    要:目的 建立神经内制动实验动物模型,探讨周围神经损伤后机械牵拉力对神经再生的影响.方法 SD大鼠24只,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组12只.两组均建立神经损伤模型,实验组于坐骨神经远端套入硅胶导管,两端用医用粘合剂固定;对照组将坐骨神经断端吻合.评估实验组神经制动效果,观察两组术后8周神经电生理检测结果 及神经吻合口组织病理学.结果 实验组神经吻合口无位移,制动完全.术后8周实验组神经电生理检测潜伏期短于对照组,振幅高于对照组,神经吻合口周围结缔组织面积小于对照组,神经纤维再生数量多于对照组(P<0.05).结论 医用粘合剂、硅胶导管用于周围神经损伤后神经吻合口制动可促进神经纤维再生和动物模型的建立.

Establishment of New Animal Models of Peripheral Nerve Anastomosis Brake
Abstract:Objective To establish the experimental animal model of braking nerves in order to investigate the effect of mechanical stress on the nerve regeneration following peripheral nerve injury. Methods A total of 24 SD rats were randomly divided into experimental group (n=12) and control group (n=12). The models of neural injury were estab-lished in the two groups. The experimental group was covered with silica gel tube in distal segment of sciatic nerves, and then was fixed with medical adhesive on the two sides of the tube;end-to-end suture of sciatic nerves was performed in con-trol group. The effect of breaking nerve anastomosis was evaluated, the results of electrophysiological examination and nerve anastomosis histopathology 8 weeks after the operation in the two groups were observed. Results The nerve anastomosis completely braked without displacement in experimental group. The results of electrophysiological examination 8 weeks after the operation in the experimental group showed that incubation period was shorter, and amplitude value was higher, and surrounding connective tissue area of nerve anastomosis was less, and the number of regenerative nerve fibers was large than those in the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Medical adhesives and silica gel tube in application of braking nerve anastomosis after peripheral nerve injury can promote the regeneration of nerve fibers and establishment of animal models.
