| 摘 要： | 目的:建立积分安培检测-离子色谱法测定水和废水中碘化物的方法。方法:采用IonPac AS11型阴离子分离柱,以40 mmol/L NaOH为淋洗液,银工作电极,积分安培检测离子色谱法。结果:碘离子的保留时间少于4 min,与其它离子交换柱相比,IonPac AS11阴离子交换柱有较强的亲水性,分离疏水性的碘离子,可有效地改善碘离子的峰形。碘离子的线性良好(r>0.9990),相对标准偏差小于2.5%(n=7),平均加标回收率均在92.4%~99.9%之间,检出限为0.27μg/L。结论:方法灵敏、快速。
