针刺“涌泉”穴对老年大鼠血液流变性的影响

对照观察了青、老年大鼠与针刺后老年大鼠的血流变状况，结果显示，老年瓣全血糖度高切值及其还原粘度，血浆纤维性蛋白原均较青年大鼠升高（Ｐ〈０．０１或Ｐ〈０．０５），血液处于高粘状态。而经针刺治疗后，老年大鼠的全血粘度高切值及其还原粘度明显下降（Ｐ〈０．０１或Ｐ〈０．０５），对血浆纤维性蛋白原虽改变不明显，但亦具有下降趋势，由此说明针刺能改变老年大鼠的血液流变性，从而使脑组织血供增加，以延缓脑组织衰老，

Influence of Blood Rheology of Senile Mice Treated by Acupuncturing Yungch'uan (K 1) Acupoint

Contrastively observation the blood rheology of puber,senile and acupuntered mice. The result showed that the titers of whole blood viscosity, reductive viscosity and plasma fibrinogen of senile mice were higher than puber mice (P<0.01 or 0.05) and whole blood of senile mice was in hyperviscosity. Meanwhile, after acupuncturing yungch'uan (K 1) acupoint ,the titers of whole blood viscosity and reductive viscosity of senile mice were lower than befor acupuncturing (P<0.01 or 0.05) but no significant change to plasma fibrinogen.It was suggested that acupuncture could alter the blood rheology of senile mice ,thus could increase the blood application to brain tissue for retarding the senility of brain tissue. Maybe this is one of the treatment mechanisms of acupuncture to senile atrophy.
