| 摘 要： | 用BALB/c小鼠为动物模型,造成子代小鼠风疹病毒的先天性感染,用间接免疫荧光染色法测定,结果表明风疹病毒广泛侵袭子代小鼠各脏器,病毒的组织分离结果与上述结果一致。

| Abstract: | This report showed that rubella virus could cause congenital infectionin BALB/c mice successfully. Each female mouse was mated and inoculatedintravenously with Gos-10 strain 10~6 TCID_(50) 0.5ml on day 7 or 9 after mating.Indirect-immunofluorescence staining test was used to indicate the distributionof virus in the sections of the offspring organs. The results showed thatrublla virus was discovered in the heart, lung, eye, liver, spleen, kidney andbrain. The distribution of virus were in possession of various characteristics indifferent tissues. Virus was successfully isolated from infected babies. The resultswere correspondent to the above-mentioned facts. |
