| 摘 要： | 目的研究旋复花水提物和醇提物的止咳化痰作用。方法给药组小鼠连续10 d灌胃给药后,采用氨水引咳建立模型,观察其咳嗽潜伏期及咳嗽次数;采用酚红排泄试验,测定给药组小鼠气管酚红排泄吸光度值,观察其祛痰作用。结果与空白对照组相比,给药组小鼠咳嗽次数减少,咳嗽潜伏期延长,气管酚红排泄吸光度值明显升高(P0.05)。与空白对照组相比水提物高剂量组、醇提物中高剂量组气管酚红排泄吸光度值差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论旋复花提取物具有一定的止咳化痰作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the antitussive and expectorant effects of the water extract and ethanol extract from Inula.Methods After orally administered the extracy from Inula for 10 days,the mice in the experimental group were observed the latency and the times of coughing induced by ammonia water,and the value of phenol red secretion of mice trachea was also studied.Results Compared with those in the blank control group,the mice in experimental group reduced the times of coughing and prolonged the latency of coughing with significant difference（P 0.05）.Compared with the positive control group,the experimental group also had significant difference in the absorbance value of phenol red secretion（P 0.05）,and the group with the water extract high-dose,the alcohol extract middle and high-dose showed the highest absorbance value.Conclusion The extract from Inula can achieve promising antitussive and expectorant effects. |
