甲状腺癌根治术后应用钙剂及维生素D对低钙血症的预防作用

目的探讨口服钙剂及维生素D对甲状腺癌根治术后低钙血症的预防作用。方法选取在我院行甲状腺癌根治术的72例患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各36例。对照组实施甲状腺癌根治术后常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上口服钙剂与维生素D,比较两组患者低钙血症发生率及各时间点血清钙、甲状旁腺激素水平。结果观察组出现低钙血症2例(5.6%),对照组出现8例(22.2%),观察组低钙血症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);血清钙<2mmol/L的患者观察组2例(5.6%),对照组14例(38.9%),观察组血清钙<2mmol/L的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后7d的血清钙水平及甲状旁腺激素水平与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺癌根治术后采用常规口服钙剂及维生素D可以对低钙血症起到积极的预防作用。

Preventive function of oral calcium and vitamin D in the treatment of patients with hypocalcemia after radical resection

Objective To explore the preventive function of oral calcium and vitamin D in the treatment of patients with hy- pocaleemia after radical resection. Methods Seventy-two patients after thyroid cancer radical operation were evenly divided into obser- vation group in which the patients were given calcium agent and vitamin D and control group in which the patients received routine treatment. Hypocalcemia incidence, serum calcium and the parathyroid hormone level of the patients in both groups were compared. Re- sults Hypocalcemia incidence of the patients in the observation group （ 5.6% ） was significantly lower than that of control group （22.2%） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of serum calcium levels below 2 mmol/L of the patients in the observation group（ 5.6% ）was significantly lower than that of the patients in the control groups （38.9%） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The serum calcium levels and parathyroid hor- mone level of the patients in both groups on the 7d of post-operation had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Oral doses of calcium and vitamin D have preventive function for the patients with hypocalcemia after radical resection.
