以埃索美拉唑为基础的四联疗法治疗难治性消化性溃疡的临床研究

摘    要:目的研究以埃索美拉唑为基础的四联疗法对难治性消化性溃疡的治疗效果。方法将80例难治性消化性溃疡患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。在阿莫西林、克拉霉素、胶体果胶铋三联用药基础上,观察组加用埃索美拉唑,对照组加用奥美拉唑,观察两组患者治疗效果、复发情况及幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根除率。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组Hp根除率高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论以埃索美拉唑为基础的四联疗法能有效根除Hp,减少患者复发,对难治性消化性溃疡有较好的治疗效果。

Abstract:Objective To study the curative effects of quadruple therapy based on esomeprazole in the treatment of intractable peptic ulcer. Methods Eighty patients of intractable peptic ulcer were randomly divided into observation group and control group. A- part from amoxicillin and clarithromycin, colloidal bismuth pectin triple drug use, the drugs used by the patients in the observation group included esomeprazole, the control group included the omeprazole. The curative effects, relapse and Hp eradication rate of the patients in both groups were observed. Results The total effective rate and Hp eradicate rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ), while the recurrence rate was lower ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Quadruple therapy based on esomeprazole which can effectively eradicate helicobacter pylori and reduce recurrence has better curative effects in the treatment of in- tractable peptic ulcer.
