252例医学专科毕业生求职前心理状况调查分析

目的:了解四川省各大院校医学专科毕业生心理状况及人格特点。方法:采用SCL-90症状自评量表、艾森克人格问卷(成人版)对252名大学生进行测试。结果:①医学专科毕业生心理问题检出率为34.9%,较全国范围检查范围高。②医学专科毕业生SCL-90各因子与全国常模相比,除躯体化外其余均有显著性差异。③男女之间在强迫、人际关系上存有显著性差异。④EPQ-E和EPQ-P与SCL-90各因子分呈正相关,EPQ-L与SCL-90各因子分呈负相关,且差异都有统计学意义。EPQ-N除与人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、其他无相关关系外,与其他各因子都有正相关。结论:医学专科毕业生心理问题不容忽视,且与个性有关。

The mental status analysis of 252 junior medical college graduates before job hunting

Objective:To learn the mental status and personality characteristics of junior medical college graduates in Sichuan Province's medical college.Methods: 252 junior medical college graduates were tested by SCL-90 symptom checklist,Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(adult version).Results: ①The detection rate of psychological problems is 34.9% in junior medical college graduates in Chengdu,which is higher than the nationwide scope of the inspection.② Compared with the national norm,each factor except somatization of SCL-90 in junior medical college graduates has significant differences.③There were significant differences between men and women in coercion and relationships.④The scores of various factors in EPQ-E and EPQ-P were positively related to SCL-90,the scores of various factors in EPQ-L were negatively related to SCL-90,and the differences were statistically significant.EPQ-N has a positive correlation with each factor except depression,anxiety and relationships.Conclusion: The psychological problems of junior medical college graduates cannot be ignored,and they have a relationship with personality.
