复方阿嗪米特联合盐酸伊托必利治疗功能性消化不良疗效观察

目的研究和探讨复方阿嗪米特肠溶片联合伊托必利治疗功能性消化不良(餐后不适综合征)的临床疗效和安全性。方法 84例功能性消化不良患者随机分为2组。观察组42例,给予复方阿嗪米特肠溶片2片,每天3次,餐后即服;伊托必利片1片(50 mg),一天3次,均于每餐前口服。对照组42例,仅予伊托必利1片(50 mg),每日3次,均于每餐前口服。两组均治疗4周。分别于治疗2周和治疗4周后观察消化道症状(餐后饱胀、早饱)积分变化,以及治疗4周后消化道症状改善的总有效率。结果治疗2周及治疗4周后观察组消化道症状积分均较对照组明显下降,治疗4周后消化道症状改善总有效率观察组明显高于对照组。治疗过程中2组均未出现严重的药物不良反应。结论复方阿嗪米特肠溶片和伊托必利联合应用治疗功能性消化不良疗效好,药物不良反应少,具有较好的安全性。

Efficacy of compound azintamide combined with itopride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia

Objective To observe the effect of compound azintamide enteric-coated tablet combined with itopride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia（FD）.Methods Eighty-four FD patients were randomly divided into two groups.The 42 patients in the observation group took 2 compound azintamide enteric tablets after meal 3 times a day and 1 itopride tablet before meal 3 times a day for 4 weeks.The 42 patients in the control group took only 1 itopride tablet before meal 3 times a day for 4 weeks.The main measures included the changes in the index scores of dyspeptic symptoms（bloating and early satiety） after 2 weeks and after 4 weeks,respectively,and the total effective rates in the improvement of the dyspeptic symptoms after 4 weeks.Results The index scores of dyspeptic symptoms of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after the 2-week and 4-week treatments.The total effective rates in the improvement of the dyspeptic symptoms of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.No severe drug side effects were observed in neither of the two groups during the treatments.Conclusion The functional dyspepsia can be effectively relieved by the treatment of compound azintamide enteric-coated tablet combined with itopride.There are few drug adverse reactions and,therefore,this treatment has a relatively high level of safety.
