hMPV支气管肺炎患儿淋巴细胞亚群的改变及其意义

目的了解人类偏肺病毒（hMPV）支气管肺炎（支肺）惠儿淋巴细胞亚群的改变及其临床意义。方法选取2007年12月～2008年5月确诊为hMPV支肺患儿30例，年龄1个月～3岁，入院当日采集静脉抗凝血，采用流式细胞仪进行淋巴细胞亚群（CD3＋、CD4＋,CD8＋、CD19＋及CD（1656）＋）测定，并以30例同龄健康儿童作为对照。结果hMPV组患儿外周血CD8’细胞的百分率为（20．06±5．28）％，明显低于对照组（22．79±4．57）％，P〈0．05，CD4＋／CD8＋比值明显高于对照组（1．71±3．42），P〈0．05，但其他各项指标差异均无统计学意义（P均〉0．05）。男女患儿上述指标差异无统计学意义（P均〉0．05）。结论hMPV支肺患儿存在T淋巴细胞亚群改变的免疫功能紊乱，与哮喘患儿相似。提示两者发病机制存在一定联系。

Variation of lymphocyte subsets in children with bronchopneumonia infected with hMPV and its significance

Objective To understand the change and the clinical significance of lymphocyte subsets in children with bronchopneumonia and infected with human metapneumovirus （hMPV）. Methods Fresh peripheral blood samples were collected from 30 patients suffered from bronchopneumonia with hMPV tested through the flow cytometry,while 30 healthy children were included as the control group. Results The percentage of CD8＋ cells was significantly lower in hMPV group than that in control group （P〈0.05）,the ratio of CD4＋/CD8＋ in hMPV group was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）, while there was no other significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions In bronchopneumonia caused by hMPV,the percentage of CD8＋ ceils is lower and the ratio of CD4＋/CD8＋ is elevated. The change of lymphocyte subsets is similar to that of asthma.
