| 摘 要： | 目的 研制创伤弧菌独特型单克隆抗体（mAb)并进免疫学特性分析。方法 用纯化的抗创伤弧菌mAb1A1免疫BALB／c小鼠，ELISA法鉴定独特型mAb的特异性，用牙鲆鱼进行感染保护实验。结果 共获6株创伤弧菌独特型mAb，其中两株具有较好的模拟菌体抗原表达，并具有自动免疫保护抵抗创伤弧菌感染的能力。结论 本研究制备的创伤弧菌独特型mAb可作为模拟菌体抗原用于免疫疫苗预防研究。

| Abstract: | Aim To prepare idiotype -monoclonal ant ibody to mAb 1A1against V.vulnificu.and analyse their biological properties.Methods Balb /c mice were immunized with mAb 1A1against V.vulnificu,specificity determined by ELISA and protertion of mAb against V.vulnificu was evalunder in flounder.Rseulty these idiotype -mAb from 6hybridoma cell had hight specificity to mAb 1A1against V.vulnificu,two idiotype -mAb can simulate mole cules epitopes of V.vulnificus and induce immune protection.Conclusion idiotype -mon-oclonal antibody to mAb 1A1against V.vulnificu can simulate molecules epitopes of V.vulnificus and induce immune protection. |
