温敏性聚乙二醇-聚酯类嵌段共聚物研究进展及在生物医药中的应用

摘    要:环境敏感水凝胶能随外界环境变化由溶液转变成凝胶,其中温度敏感性水凝胶在不同环境温度刺激下即产生相转变。聚乙二醇-聚酯类嵌段共聚物水溶液室温下是流动的液体,达生理温度时则形成凝胶。该类共聚物有温度敏感性、生物可降解性、生物相容性,可注射性,延长药物的释放时间,作为药物缓释载体被广泛应用于生物医药领域。文章综合国内外文献报道,介绍了聚乙二醇-聚酯类嵌段共聚物的合成、物理凝胶化机理,同时综述了其在生物医药领域中的应用,并对其发展趋势及应用前景作了简单的评述。
