| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨静脉滴注阿奇霉素引起过敏性休克的临床表现、特点和预防措施,为临床监测其不良反应并避免严重不良后果提供参考。方法:利用"中文全文期刊数据库"、"中文科技期刊全文数据库"等检索工具,对1999～2010年国内医药学期刊发表的文献进行检索,共检索到静滴阿奇霉素引起过敏性休克的文献44篇,涉及病例60例。结果:阿奇霉素引起过敏性休克未见明显的性别差异,可发生于各个年龄组,男女各30例;休克多发生在用药后20 min内(86.7%);治疗后58例康复(96.7%),2例死亡(3.3%)。结论:临床静滴阿奇霉素,应注意密切监测,一旦发生过敏性休克,应及时抢救,避免出现严重后果。
