金银花异源四倍体株系诱导选育及其绿原酸含量的测定

摘    要:研究在离体组织培养条件下以杂交金银花诱导获得的金银花异源四倍体株系,在进行田间农艺性状的观察比较的同时,用高效液相色谱测定了10个金银花异源四倍体株系中绿原酸的含量。结果表明:选出的10个多倍体株系均表现出典型的多倍体性状,花蕾体积明显变大,10个株系中有7个株系的有效化学成分绿原酸含量高于对照品种。

Abstract:The allotetraploid of Lonicera japonicawas induced with hybrids conducted under in vitro tissue culture conditions.Allotetraploid lines were selected according to the agronomic characteristics in the fields experimental plots.The results indicated that it was an effective way to use HPLC to the determiniation of chlorogenic acid content of Lonicera japonica.The results showed that all of the allotetraploid lines of Lonicera japonicarevealed typical characters of polyploidy plant.The buds yields of allotetra...
