老年脑梗死患者氧化低密度脂蛋白和血清铁蛋白的检测

目的探讨氧化型低密度脂蛋白(OXLDL)与血清铁蛋白(SF)与脑梗死的关系。方法运用双抗体夹心法和放射免疫分析法检测老年脑梗死患者及健康对照组血浆OXLDL和SF水平。结果老年脑梗死患者血浆OXLDL和SF水平,显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05),且血浆OXLDL与SF呈正相关(r=0.581,P<0.01)。脑梗死急性期患者血浆OXLDL及SF水平显著高于康复期患者(P<0.05)。结论老年脑梗死患者血浆OXLDL升高,体内贮存铁增加。血浆OXLDL及血清铁蛋白的检测对判断脑梗死的病情及预后有一定的临床意义。

Determination of OXLDL and serum ferritin in brain infarction

Objective] To study the association of OXLDL and serum Ferritin wit h brain infarction. Methods] ELISA method was used to determine OXLDL and RIA method was used to determine SF in elderly brain infarction patients and common controls. Results] The levels of OXLDL and SF in elderly patients with brain infation were significantly higher than in the healthy controls (P <0.05). more ver, ox LDL was positive correlation with SF (r =0.581, P <0.01). The OXLDL and SF levelsof brain infaration patients in acute period was signifi cantly higher than its in recovery period (P <0.05). Conclusion] In elderly brain infarctio n patients, accompanied the increase of plasma OXLDL, the body iron also increas e. Determination of plasma OXLDL and SF have clinical value to access the diseas e conditions of brain infarction patients.
