汶川地震后亚急期灾区前沿综合性医院疾病谱分析

 目的 研究汶川地震灾区亚急期疾病发生的变化规律，为准确配置救灾医疗资源提供依据。方法 回顾性调查汶川地震灾区的中德红十字会野战医院2008年5月25日至6月13日就诊病人的病史资料，分析灾后疾病谱的构成及其变化。结果 从2008年5月25日起，共收集6 708例病人就诊资料。病种以呼吸道感染、胃肠道感染、外伤为主，有相当部分的慢性病患者。外伤在后期有所减少。结论 汶川地震后第3周起灾区地震相关性外伤疾病减少，呼吸系统、消化系统感染性疾病最为常见。

Analysis of the distribution of diseases in a frontier general hospital in subacute period after Wenchuan Earthquake

Objective To observe the distribution of diseases in the subacute period after Wenchuan Earthquake in order to provide the evidence for proper medical assistance equipment. Methods Medical histories of patients in Chinese-Germany red cross society mobile hospital in Dujiangyan were collected from May 25th, 2008 to Jun 13th, 2008. The construction and distribution of diseases were analyzed retrospectively. Results We collected 6 708 cases in the subacute period. The most common diseases were respiratory tract infections, gastrointestinal tract infections and wounds. Chronic diseases were not uncommon. Incidence of wounds decreased. Conclusions Wounds associated with earthquake was decreasing after 3 weeks, respiratory and gastrointestinal infections were popular.
