机械通气联合东莨菪碱治疗小儿急性呼吸衰竭的临床观察

目的 观察机械通气联合东莨菪碱治疗小儿急性呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法 将63例小儿急性呼吸衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组均给予内科综合基础治疗措施，治疗组加用气管插管机械通气联合东莨菪碱治疗。结果 治疗组治愈24例（75．0％），对照组治愈19例（61．3％），治疗组疗效明显高于对照组（p〈0．05）。两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论 机械通气联合东莨菪碱是临床救治小儿急性呼吸衰竭的有效方法之一。

Clinical Observation of Mechanical Ventilation Joint Scopolamine on Treatment of Children with Acute Respiratory Failure

Objective To observe the efficacyofmechanicalventilationjoint scopolamine on treatment ofchildren with acuterespiratory failure. Methods 63 cases of children with acute respiratory failure patients were randomly divided into two groups. Both groups were given medical treatment on a consolidated basis,while the increase in the treatment group with endotracheal intubation with mechanical ventilation combined scopolamine treatment.Results The treatment group＇s curing rate was 75.0 percent, higher than that of the control group who＇s curing rate was 61.3 percent （p〈0.05）.The two groups were no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion Mechanical ventilation joint scopolamine is one of the effective ways in the clinical treatment of children with acute respiratory failure.
