消毒供应室清洗质量管理的实施效果

目的分析评价清洗质量控制在供应室器械、物品管理中的应用,探讨提高清洗质量方法。方法根据医院消毒供应中心清洗消毒及灭菌技术操作规范要求,制订清洗流程和质量评价标准,加强人员培训,增加工作人员及清洗设备,进行满意度调查。结果加强质量管理后一般器械、管腔器械的清洗合格率提高,差异具有统计学意义(P0.01),临床各科室对供应室满意度提高(P0.01)。结论质量管理改进能有效规范供应室器械物品的清洗流程和人员专业行为,提高器械、物品的清洗质量和满意度。

Effect of quality management of cleaning in sterile supply units

Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of implementing the quality management of cleaning in sterile supply unit and to explore the methods of improving the cleaning quality. Methods The cleaning process and quality evaluation standards was formulated on the basis of the hospital regulations of disinfection and sterilization technology operations. The personnel training was strengthened, and the number of staff and equipments were increased and the degree of satisfaction was investigated. Results After implementing the quality management of cleaning, the qualified rates of general apparatus and apparatus with passages increased significantly （ P 〈 0.01 ） and the degree of satisfaction was increased （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Implementing the quality management can effectively standardize the cleaning process, professional behaviors, improve the cleaning quality of apparatus and items and increase the degree of satisfaction.
