伤害的社区预防和控制

伤害在发达国家或发展中国家是一个严重的公共卫生问题,对公众健康和社会发展形成重大威胁;伤害能够通过有效的社区干预措施加以预防和控制,政策、环境支持和大众传媒教育是社区干预的重点;伤害的预防控制需要得到政府的重视和全社会的参与,包括建立规范的社区伤害预防控制监测机制,开展伤害的社区三级预防,确定和分析社区中与伤害有关的因素,在政府的支持下规划和实施伤害的社区预防等。

Prevention and control of injury in community

Injury is a serious public health problem in developed and developing countries.It is a disaster for the health of public health and society.Injury can be effectively prevented and controlled by community intervention.The key points of community intervention are the support from policy and environment as well as the health education to the public.The high concern from government and the society participation is necessary for the success.The following actions should be taken,such as establishing standardized injury prevention and supervision system,implementing three level prevention system in community for injury,identifying and analyzing the factors related to injury,and the community prevention project with the support of government.
