| 摘 要： | 目的 :评价磷酸三钙 (Tricalciumphosphateceramics ,TPC)应用于即刻种植修复骨缺损的效果。 方法 :采用TPC颗粒充填兔下颌前牙种植体周围骨缺损区 ,通过组织形态学检测 ,观察 1、2、3个月种植体周围缺损区骨修复情况 ,并与延迟种植对照比较。结果 :3个月后 ,实验组与对照组种植体周围骨小梁形成及纤维组织增生相近。结论 :TPC颗粒充填于即刻种植体周围 ,可获得与延迟种植骨性愈合同样的效果 ,并能缩短疗程。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effect of treating bone defects about Tricalcium phosphate ceramics(TPC) in immediate implantion. Method: The bone defects around the implant of mandible front teeth of rabbits was filled in with TPC . All animals were treated for 1, 2, 3 month and histological morphology were examined ,and compared with delayed implantion. Result: After all animals were treated for 3 month , Trabeculation of bone around the implants of immediate implantion and delayed implantion was similar. Conclusion: It may obtain the same effect between immediate implantion and delayed implantion and shorten the course of treatment. |
