| 摘 要： | 目的 检测不同部位消化道癌细胞内ER、PR水平，分析其与癌肿的发生及分化程度关系。方法 免疫组化检测采用SP法，试剂均为进口单克隆抗体，以统计标准观察ER、PR在细胞核的表达状态。结果 检测消化道癌共463例，男357例，女106例，分别得出性别、癌肿发生部位、组织学类型、癌分化程度与ER、PR表达状态。结论 消化道癌中存在ER、PR，且与癌肿发生部位、组织类型、分化程度有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between the expression of estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR) and the degree of differentiation of digestive tract cancers and evaluate the value of endocrinotherapy and the prognosis of the disease.Methods The exporession of ER,PR in cell nucleus,using imported reagent and unified criteria,were measured by immunohistochemistry SP method.Results Four hundred and sixty three patients(357 men,106 women) with digestive tract cancer were studied.The results showed the relationship between the expression of ER,PR and the patients sex,tumor position and type,differentiation of the tumors.Conclusion ER and PR may exist in digestive tract cancers.The expression of ER and PR is associated with tumor position,histological type and differentiation of tumors. |
