鲜芦荟外用预防化疗药物所致静脉损伤的研究

目的]探讨鲜芦荟预防化疗药物对静脉的损伤。方法]将150例恶性肿瘤病人随机分两组,治疗组75例,应用化疗药物前,在穿刺血管周围采用鲜芦荟外涂,用药后采用外敷方法;对照组75例,采用常规护理方法,最后比较两组静脉损伤情况。结果]治疗组静脉损伤7例(9.3%)对照组静脉损伤33例(44.0%),治疗组静脉损伤明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论]鲜芦荟外用预防化疗性静脉损伤效果确切。

A study on external application of fresh aloe to prevent patients from chemotherapeutic drugs induced venous injury

Objective: To probe into effect of fresh aloe to prevent patients with chemotherapeutic drugs induced venous injury. Methods: A total of 150 malignant tumor patients were divided into test and control groups equally. Patients of test group (75 cases) were given external applying of fresh aloe around the punctured vessels before and after chemotherapeutic drugs intravenously infusion. Patients of control group (75 cases) were just given nursing care as in routine. Finally, vein injury situations of the two group cases were compared with each other. Results: In test group, there were 7 cases with venous injury (9.3%) and 33 cases with venous injury in control group (44.0 %). The rate of venous injury in test group was lower than that in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: The effect of external application of fresh aloe to prevent patients from chemotherapeutic drugs induced venous injury is sure.
