双吻合器在直肠癌前切除术中的价值

目的：探讨双吻合器在低位直肠癌前切除术中的适应症、优缺点、并发症的预防。方法：用双吻合器对１８７例直肠癌进行前切除术，术后随访。结果：应用双吻合器能够完成盆腔超低位结直肠吻合，提高低位直肠癌手术的前切除率，并发症少，复发率为６．４％，３年、５年生存率分别为７０．２％，６０．８％。结论：双吻合器可作为低位直肠癌保留肛门手术的首选吻合器。

The Application of Double Stapling Device in the Anterior Resection of Rectal Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the indication and advantages of the double stapling device in the anterior resection of patients with low - positon rectal cancer. Methods: The operations of anterior rectal resection were performed by using the double stapling device in 187 patients with rectal carcinoma. The rates of success, recurrence and survival were investigated after the operations. Results: After the operation of using the double stapling device, the cancer recurrence rate was 6. 4 %, and the 3 year's and 5 year's survival rates were 70. 2 % and 60. 8 %, respectively. Conclusion: The. double stapling device should be the first method of choice in the centerior vesection of low positioned rectal cancer with reservatior of anus.
