| 摘 要： | 目的：拓宽挂号渠道,方便患者到医院就诊。方法：研究符合医院现实情况的工作模式,开发预约挂号系统,提供网络、电话形式的预约挂号服务。结果：实现了与医院HIS紧密集成的预约挂号系统。结论：方便了患者,减少了患者排队挂号的时间,取得了良好的社会效应。
