背阔肌皮瓣游离移植的临床应用

目的探讨背阔肌皮瓣游离移植修复四肢与颌面复杂组织缺损合并感染或骨外露创面的临床效果.方法 1997年8月～2002年10月,应用背阔肌皮瓣游离移植治疗四肢与颌面复杂组织缺损合并感染或骨外露创面23例.结果 23例皮瓣全部成活,创面一期愈合,经6个月～4年随访,皮瓣成活良好,所修复肢体与颌面恢复良好的外形与功能.结论背阔肌皮瓣部位隐蔽,血运丰富,切取范围大,肌瓣可填塞死腔,修复肌肉缺损,抗感染能力强,是修复四肢与颌面复杂组织缺损合并感染或骨外露创面的理想皮瓣.

Clinical application of free latissimus dorsi muscle- skin flap (23 cases report)

Objective:To explore the clinical result of repairing complicated soft tissue and bone defects around maxillofaeial regions and limbs with free latissimus dorsi muscle-skin flap.Methods: 23 cases of maxillofaeial regions and limbs soft tissue and bone defects were treated with free latissimus dorsi muscle-skin flap from August 1997 to October 2002.Results: All flaps survived completely, the wound healed in the initial treatment,ranged from 6 months to 4 years follow-up study revealed the flaps were in good condition and the maxillofacial regions and limbs recovered to satisfactory appearance and useful function. Conclusions: Free latissimus dorsi muscle-skin flap has such advantages as covert part, adequate blood supply, big dermatomic area and excellent anti-infective ability, which is an ideal flap for repairing complicated soft tissue and bone defects around maxillofacial regions and limbs.
