摘    要:目的 了解银屑病患者皮损微血管密度和肥大细胞密度及光化学疗法对其的影响。方法 对正常对照组皮肤和银屑病患者皮损用血管内皮细胞特异性标志CD34抗体免疫组化法检测微血管密度,用肥大细胞特异性标志类胰蛋白酶单抗免疫组化法检测肥大细胞密度,并观察光化学疗法对其的影响。结果 银屑病患者皮损的微血管密度明显高于正常对照组(P〈0.01)。银屑病皮损处肥大细胞密度比正常对照组明显升高(P〈0.01)。银屑病患者经过9周光化学疗法治疗,微血管密度和肥大细胞密度明显下降。结论 肥大细胞参与银屑病的血管新生,光化学疗法可能通过抗血管新生作用来治疗银屑病。

Abstract:Objective] To study microvessel density and mast cell density in lesional skin of psoriasis and effect of psoralen ultraviolet A(PUVA) on them. Methods] Skin lesional microvessel density (MVD) and mast cell density were detected by immunohistochemical method with monoclonal antibody specific for the endothelial marker CD34 and mast cell marker tryptase in patients with psoriasis and healthy subjects. The effect of PUVA on skin lesional MVD was studied, mast cell density in patients with psoriasis. Results] MVD in the skin lesions of psoriasis was higher than that in normal control (P <0.01). Mast cell density in the skin lesions of psoriasis was higher than that in normal control (P <0.01). MVD in the skin lesions and mast cell density were significantly decreased in patients with psoriasis after PUVA. Conclusion] It is indicated that mast cell may play an important role in angiogenesis and the mechanism of PUVA in psoriasis may involve anti-angiogenesis.
