支气管哮喘患者气道扩张规律初步研究

目的探讨哮喘患者气道扩张规律。方法检测34例哮喘患者和30例健康人吸入福莫特罗干粉吸入剂前后多个时间点的肺功能变化。结果哮喘患者各项肺功能指标在15、30、60、120、240min的测量值均较基础值增高（P〈0．05），哮喘患者和健康人支气管舒张反应曲线变化不同，并且哮喘患者大、小气道支气管舒张反应曲线变化不同。结论哮喘患者大、小气道扩张有一定的规律。

Primary study on the rules of airway dilation in patients with asthma

Objective To investigate the rule of airway dilation in patients with asthma.Methods The changes of pulmonary function were observed at the different time points before and after 34 cases of asthma and 30 healthy subjects inhaled formoterol.Results In patients with asthma,the values of the pulmonary function parameters were higher than baseline at 15 minutes,30 minutes,60 minutes,120 minutes and 240 minutes (P<0.05).The bronchodilation response curves were different between patients with asthma and healthy subjects.There were some differences between the bronchodilation response curves of large and small airway in patients with asthma.Conclusion There is some rules in large and small airway dilation in patients with asthma.
