| 摘 要： | 建立了适合中国国情的大规模牛血红蛋白（Hb)的提取和纯化方法，为血液替代品的研究和生产提供原料保障。通过建立水性两相系统提取法、乙酸锌沉淀提取法、CO饱和提取法和板框过滤结合脱氧加热提取法，比较了用不同方法提取的牛Hb的纯度和牛Hb中所含的ertHb、HbCO和HbO2的含量。板框过滤结合脱氧加热提取法对器材要求不高，便于产业化，适合于为血液替代品的研究和生产提供合格的原料。

| Abstract: | A suitable method of purifying large scale bovine H b，that can supply enough raw material for the research and manufacture of blood substitute was studied.Different bovine Hb purification me thods，such a s aqueous two-phase system，zinc acetic precipitation，carbon monoxide saturati o n and filtrative fiber-board filtration combining deoxygeningly heating pu rifica tion method were tested.Results showed that the fiber-board filtration combining deox y geningly heating method could prepare large scale bovine Hb with high purity.In addition the equipment could be easily prepared，so it is a suitable route to make raw material for the research and manufacture of blood substitute. |
