| 摘 要： | 目的:研究前列腺素E1治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:将2003年5月~2005年5月收治的符合诊断标准的急性脑梗死120例随机分为对照组与观察组。两组综合治疗相同,对照组予复方丹参注射液20 m l、5%葡萄糖注射液或生理盐水250 m l,每日1次静脉滴注,疗程2周;观察组在应用复方丹参注射液的基础上予前列腺素E1100μg、5%葡萄糖注射液或生理盐水250m l,每日1次缓慢静脉滴注,疗程2周,治疗结束后进行疗效评定。结果:观察组治疗后临床神经功能恢复情况明显优于对照组,有效率92.9%,对照组有效率80.0%,两组比较有显著差异(χ2=4.62,P<0.05)。结论:佐以前列腺素E1治疗急性脑梗死疗效较好,应用方便、安全。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe effect of PGE1 on patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:120 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups:Control and-prostaglandin E_1-treated.Danshen was given to two group patients for 2 weeks.At the same time,the patients in prostaglandin E_1-treated group were also received intravenously PGE1 100ug/per day for 2 weeks.Results:In prostaglandin E_1-treated group,56 patients were cured or improved(56/60 or 92.9%),In control group,48 patients were cured or improved(48/60 or 80%).There was significant difference(X~2=4.62,P<0.05) between the two groups.Conclusion:PGE_1 is effective in treatment of cerebral infarction. |
