摘    要:目的:在三维牙颌数据基础上,设计能够定向引导多个种植钻头的精确种植模板。方法:对上颌部分前牙缺损的患者进行CT扫描和三维数据重建,在三维数据基础上设计种植体的位置。种植模板采用牙冠唇面及邻面数据作为定位的翼板;根据种植体位置,通过可配合的两个隧道,分别引导Anthogyr系统球钻和先锋钻,并设计导向杆。根据设计结果利用快速成型技术,制作成实体树脂模板。结果:完成多步引导模板的设计,实体模板就位准确,对种植钻引导稳定。结论:根据Anthogyr系统设计的种植模板可以提高种植引导的准确性。

Abstract:Objective: The aim of this study was to design a new-type precise implant template of multi-drill guide based on the three-dimensional jaw bone data. Methods: The data of CT of the patients without upper central incisors were made into three-dimensional model, and the location of implant was designed, data of labial surface and proximal surface of the neighbor teeth were selected to make location plate. Then two tubes that can be assembled were designed to lead drill of Anthogyr implant system, the guide rod was also designed to realize the accurate direction of the third stage. Resin template were fabricated by rapid prototype technology according to all the acquired data. Result: The design of the template was perfectly finished. The template can take its place accurately and guide the drills steadily. Conclusion: The designed template according to Anthogyr implant system can improve the accuracy of guide for implant.
