摘    要:目的比较持续中心负压吸引及冲洗引流技术与一次性负压引流球负压吸引在皮瓣移植术后应用的效果,并总结护理经验。方法方便性抽样抽取泰兴市人民医院整形烧伤科皮瓣移植术后患者84例,按住院单双日分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用持续负压+冲洗引流,对照组采用一次性负压引流球引流,对两组的堵管、皮下积液、皮瓣坏死及切口延迟愈合情况进行比较。结果试验组除发生1例皮下积液外,无堵管、皮瓣坏死以及切口延迟的发生;对照组发生堵管6例、皮下积液7例、皮瓣坏死5例、切口延迟愈合8例,两组间差异有统计学意义(P〈O.05)。结论皮瓣移植术后采用持续负压+冲洗引流可有效防止堵管、皮下积液及皮瓣坏死的发生,减少切口延迟愈合的发生,有利于皮瓣的顺利成活。

Abstract:Objective To compare the application effects of central continuing negative pressure drainage plus irrigation technology with the disposable negative pressure ball drainage device after skin flap trans- plantation, so as to summarize the pertinent nursing strategies. Methods By convenience sampling,totally 84 patients with skin flap transplantation were recruited and divided into experimental group and control group according to the admission number. Patients in the experimental group were given central continuing negative pressure drainage plus irrigation technology, while patients in the control group were given disposable negative pressure drainage device. Incidence of tube blockage, subcutaneous hydrops, skin flap necrosis, and delayed incision healing were compared between the two groups. Results One case of tubing blockage happened in the experimental group while six tubing blockages, 7 subcutaneous hydrops,5 skin flap necrosis and 8 delayed incision healing were detected in the control group, and the differences were significant(P~0.05). Conclusion The central continuing negative pressure drainage plus irrigation technology is defined to be an effective method not only in preventing skin flap transplantation from tube blockage, skin flap necrosis and subcutaneous hydrops but also in reducing the incidence of delayed incision healing, therefore facilitates the survival of grafted skin flaps.
