浅谈医院文化建设的几点体会

我院从整体规划出发,通过畅通多样化的途径,搭建医患互惠的文化平台,在广大群众心中树立起正面的医院形象,提供员工成长空间,重视员工精神生活,努力提高员工满意度,使文化建设得到员工广泛的认同。最终,达到医院整体水平快速可持续发展的目的。

DISCUSSION ON HOSPITAL CULTURE CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE

In order to establish a positive image of the hospital, we build the doctor -patient mutual cultural platform by overall planning and variety of ways. Besides, we create more room for staff growth, emphasis on spiritual life of staff and strive to improve employee satisfaction, so that the cultural construction has been widely recognized by staff. In the end, we would reach the level of overall hospital rapid sustainable development.
