ICU护士的焦虑状况及其相关因素分析

目的评估ICU护士的焦虑状况并探讨相关影响因素。方法2012年10-12月以一般情况调查表、焦虑自评量表（self-ratinganxietyscore，SAs）及社会支持评定量表（socialsupportratingscale，SSRS）对上海市某三级甲等医院58名ICU护士和76名非ICU护士进行问卷调查。结果ICU护士的平均SAS得分为（50．09±8．73）分，高于非ICU护士的（38．32±8．21）分，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．01）；不同年龄段ICU护士的SAS得分及存在焦虑者的百分率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），其中30～34岁护士的SAS得分最高；社会支持的3个维度中，个体对社会支持的利用度与SAS得分呈负相关（r=0．313，P〈o．05）。结论ICU护士与非ICU护士的焦虑状况存在明显差异，年长ICU护士焦虑状况较年轻ICU护士更明显，社会支持利用度越低的护士焦虑值越高。

Anxiety and Its Influencing factors for ICU Nurses

Objective To evaluate the anxiety status of ICU nurses and explore its influencing factors. Methods From October to December in 2012,a total of 58 ICU nurses and 76 ward nurses were investiga- ted using general information questionnaire, Social Support Rating Scale（SSRS） and Self-rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）. Results The average Self-rating Anxiety Score （SAS） of ICU nurses（50.09＋8. 73） was higher than that of ward nurses（38.32＋8.21） ,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. The difference was statistically significant in SAS and rate of anxiety status in different age groups of ICU nurses （P〈0.01）. Nurses aged 30~34 scored highest in SAS. Negative correlation was found between SAS and social support availability（r=-0. 313,P〈0.05）. Conclusion There was statistically significant differences in anxiety status between ICU nurses and ward nurses. The anxiety status in older nurses of ICU was more obvious than the younger nurses. Nurses with lower social support availability tended to be more anxious.
