气管支气管损伤的早期诊断与治疗分析

目的探讨气管支气管损伤的早期诊断及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院2002年1月～2012年1月收治的45例气管支气管损伤患者的临床资料,对其临床特点、早期诊断要点及治疗措施进行总结。结果痊愈42例,植物人1例,死亡2例,死因为急性呼吸窘迫综合症(ARDS)。35例随访6个月～5年,未出现远期并发症。结论提高临床医师对气管支气管损伤的认识,结合外伤史、体征、影像资料及纤维支气管镜检查可获得早期诊断。早期手术能及早恢复呼吸功能,减少并发症,主要手术方式为气管支气管成型修补术或重建术。

ANALYSIS OF EARLY DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF TRACHEOBRONCHIAL INJURY

Objective To explore the early diagnosis and treatment of patients with tracheobronchial injury. Methods Retrospectively analyze the 45 cases with tracheobronchial injury from our hospital＇s clinical data from January 2002 to January 2012, summarize the clinical characteristics, early diagnosis key points and treatment meas- ures. Results 42 cases recovered, 1 case in vegetative state,＇2 cases died of Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome （ARDS）. 35 cases were followed up for 6 months to 5 years and no long - term complications were found. Conclu- sion Early diagnosis can be obtained by increasing the knowledge of the clinicians about Tracheobronchial Injury and by combining trauma history, physical signs, image data and fiber bronchoscopy. Early diagnosis and timely surgery can help patients recover respiratory function earlier, reduce the incidence of complications. The major operations are trachea and bronchial repair and re - construction.
