| 摘 要： | 目的探讨床上康复操在胫腓骨骨折患者术后的应用效果。方法选择单侧胫腓骨闭合性骨折行切开复位内固定手术患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组按骨折术后护理常规进行护理,观察组应用床上康复操进行康复训练,坚持早期、规律、规范、渐进性地进行,比较两组患者肢体功能恢复情况。结果观察组患侧肢体活动功能明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论在胫腓骨骨折患者术后应用床上康复操进行功能锻炼,促进了患肢功能康复,提高了患者生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of post- operative on -bed rehabilitation gymnastics on pa- tients with tibia and fibula fracture. Methods 120 cases of unilateral tibia or fibula close fractures patients underwent open reduction and internal fixation surgery were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group, 32 patients in each group. Patients in control group received conventional care, while application on - bed re- habilitation gymnastics for rehabilitation training in observation group, adhere to the early, regular, standardized, progressive recovery of limb function. The two groups were compared. Results Limb function of the observation group was significantly better than the control group, （p 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Application of post - operative on - bed rehabilitation gymnastics on patients with tibia and fibula fracture promote the rehabihtation of limb function, im- prove the quality of life of patients. |
