16排螺旋CT静脉造影诊断下肢静脉疾病的价值

目的探讨16排螺旋CT静脉造影(MSCTV)在下肢静脉疾病的临床应用价值。方法对临床怀疑下肢静脉疾病的18例患者进行直接法静脉造影,所采集数据导入东芝Vtrea后处理工作站进行后处理,均进行最大密度投影(MIP)、多平面重组(MPR)、容积再现(VR)重建,得出CT诊断,并与DSA下肢静脉造影(作为金标准)结果对比。结果所有患者靶血管显示良好,18例患者中深静脉血栓形成10例,下肢静脉曲张12例,深静脉狭窄5例,侧枝循环3例。MSCTV诊断结果均与DSA造影基本相符。结论 16排CT直接法静脉造影是一种无创性成像方法,与有创的DSA造影结果符合率极高,在下肢静脉疾病中具有重要的应用价值。

APPLICATION VALUE OF DIRECT ]6 - SLICE COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY VENOGRAPHY IN DIAGNOSING LOWER EXTREMITY DEEP VEIN DISEASES

Objective To evaluate the application value of direct 16 - slice computed tomography venogra- phy（MSCTV） in diagnosing lower extremity deep vein diseases. Methods 18 patients highly suspected deep vein diseases underwent direct CTV. The original data were put into Vtrea workstation and reconstructed with maximum in- tensity projection （MIP）, muhiplanar reformation （MPR）, volume representation （VR）, and the CT diagnoses were compared with DSA venography. Results Direct CTV shows reconstruction images clearly in all patients. In the 18 cases, 10eases display different parts and different degrees of thrombosis, 12 cases display varicosity of lower extremi- ty, 5 cases display stenosis or occluded of the lower extremity ,3 cases display collateral circulation. The CTV results conform with DSA venography. Conclusion Direct CTV of lower extremity deep vein diseases has an important val- ue, which is non -invasive and highly corresponded to DSA venography.
