BENCHMARKING MANAGEMENT THEORY APPLICATION IN HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT

After decades of reform, the hospital operat- ing mode has to change to he market oriented, from sitting in the door, to begin to pay attention to improve the quality of medical service, to improve the patients＇ satisfaction to win patients, this article describes how the benehmarking management applied to hospital management involving its significance and steps： confirm the benchmark target, constitute the concrete plan of implementation, systematic study and contracting index, evaluation and improvement.
