茂名市高新区农村糖尿病的社区综合管理干预

目的探讨农村居民糖尿病患者进行社区管理的效果。方法对2010年12月～2011年12月检出的农村居民糖尿病患者130例进行社区管理,对患者或家属实施健康教育,指导饮食、运动、坚持服药。结果通过一年的教育,观察对象的糖尿病防治知识、糖尿病相关健康行为以及血糖控制率得到提高,无心脑等并发症发生。结论进行农村居民糖尿病社区管理可行有效。

THE COMMUNITY COMPREHENSIVE MANAGEMENT AND INTERVENTION OF DIABETES MELLITUS IN MAOMING HIGH -NEW DEVELOPED AREA COUNTRY

Objective To explore effect and feasibility of the community management for countryman suffer- ing from diabetes mellitus. Methods Analyze the 130 cases of countryman suffering from diabetes mellitus, who ac- cept the community management, health education and individual, remedy schemes. Results Through one year community intervention, the awareness rate of the diabetes prevention knowledge, associated health behavior and the control of blood sugar had improved. No complication of cardiovascular system or cerebrovaseular accident occurred. Conclusion The community management of countryman suffering from diabetes mellitus is feasibly and effective.
