胃癌中lncRNA BC002811表达与微血管密度和淋巴结转移的关系及其临床意义

目的 探讨lncRNA(long non-coding RNA,长链非编码RNA)BC002811在胃癌中的表达与微血管密度和淋巴结转移及胃癌发生发展及预后的关系.方法 纳入行胃癌手术切除患者的病例样本共计48例,对这48例胃癌样本采用qPCR检测lncRNA BC002811的相对表达量及检测微血管密度(MVD)参数,并与淋巴结转移等预后情况进行相关性分析.结果 lncRNA BC002811相对表达量与患者的一般资料如年龄、性别以及肿瘤的特征如大小、发病的部位、侵袭深度、分期及分化程度、是否远处转移等并不存在相关性(P＞0.05);而淋巴受累方面,淋巴受累组的lncRNABC002811相对表达量明显上调(P＜0.05),而无淋巴受累组的相对表达量与正常组相比差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).lncRNA BC002811表达水平与MVD差异表达具有相关性.结论 lncRNA BC002811相对表达量水平与胃癌的淋巴结转移及预后有一定的相关性,但还需进一步系统研究.

Relationship between Expression of lncRNA BC002811 and Microvessel Density and Lymph Node Metastasis in Gastric Cancer and Its Clinical Significance

Objective To investigate the relationship between expression of lncRNA BC002811 and microvessel density,lymph node metastasis,development and prognosis in gastric cancer.Methods 48 cases of gastric cancer treated with surgical resection was selected,and qPCR was used to detect relative expression of lncRNA BC002811 (MVD)and microvessel density,and correlation analysis of lymph node metastasis and prognosis were conducted.Results lncRNA BC002811 relative expression amount and general information of patients such as age,gender,and tumor characteristics such as size,site of disease,depth of invasion,stage and tumor differentiation,metastasis had no correlation (P ＞ 0.05);and lymphatic involvement group lncRNA BC002811 relative expression levels significantly increased (P ＜ 0.05),relative expression of non lymph node involvement group and the normal group had no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05),lncRNA BC002811 expression and MVD differential expression were correlated.Conclusion lncRNA BC002811 relative expression levels and the amount of lymph node metastasis and prognosis of gastric cancer have a certain relevance,but need to be further studied.
