原发性结肠癌围手术期血清炎性因子水平的变化及其与患者术后疼痛控制效果的关系

目的 探讨原发性结肠癌围手术期血清炎性因子水平的变化及其与患者术后疼痛控制效果的关系.方法 采用ELISA法检测30例健康志愿者(健康组)和58例原发性结肠癌患者(疾病组)手术治疗前后的血清IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α水平,并分析其与患者疼痛控制程度的关系.结果 疾病组治疗前后的血清IL-6、IL-8和TNF-d水平和VAS评分均高于健康组;疾病组治疗后的血清IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α水平和VAS评分低于治疗前.VAS评分越高患者治疗前后的血清IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α水平均较高(P＜0.05).原发性结肠癌围术期血清IL-6、IL-8和TNF-oα水平与其VAS评分均呈正相关(γ =0.842,0.795,0.784,P＜0.05).结论 原发性结肠癌围手术期血清炎性因子水平较高,且与其VAS评分相关,炎症的控制有利于其疼痛的控制.

Relationship between Perioperative Serum Inflammatory Cytokines Levels and Postoperative Pain Control of Patients with Primary Colon Cancer

Objective To investigates the relationship between perioperative serum inflammatory cytokines levels and postoperative pain control of patients with primary colon cancer.Methods ELISA method was applied to detect serum IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α level of 30 healthy volunteers(healthy group) and 58 primary colon cancer patients(disease group) before and after surgery of and relationship between them with the degree of pain control were analyzed.Results Serum IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α level and VAS score of diseases group before and after treatment were higher than that of healthy group;Serum IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αt level and VAS score of disease group after treatment were lower than that of before treatment;Patients with higher VAS scores had higher serum IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α level before and after treatment(P ＜ 0.05).Serum IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α level primary of diseases group and VAS scores were positively correlated (γ =0.842,0.795,0.842,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Perioperative serum inflammatory factors levels of primary colon cancer patients are higher and related to its VAS score,inflammation control is good to pain control.
