后腹腔镜肾癌根治术患者围术期机体代谢与创伤应激的变化观察

目的 观察与分析后腹腔镜肾癌根治术患者围术期机体代谢与创伤应激的变化情况.方法 选取行后腹腔镜肾癌根治术治疗的33例患者为观察组,同时选取同期进行开放性肾癌根治术治疗的33例患者为对照组,然后检测与比较2组患者围术期的机体代谢与创伤应激指标.结果 术前2组患者的机体代谢与创伤应激指标均无明显差异(P均＞0.05),而术后第1、3及5天观察组的脂代谢指标及创伤应激指标均低于对照组,蛋白代谢指标均高于对照组,P均＜0.05.结论 后腹腔镜肾癌根治术患者围术期机体代谢与创伤应激的变化幅度小于开放性手术患者,对患者术后机体恢复的促进作用更为明显.

Observation on the Change of Body Metabolism and Traumatic Stress of Patients Treated with Retroperitoneal Laparoscopic Radical Nephrectomy during the Perioperative Period

Objective To observe and analyze the change of body metabolism and traumatic stress of patients treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy during the perioperative period.Methods 33 patients treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy were selected as the observation group,33 patients treated with open radical nephrectomy at the same time were the control group,then the body metabolism and traumatic stress indexes of the 2 groups during perioperative period were detected and compared.Results The body metabolism and traumatic stress indexes of the 2 groups before the operation all had no obvious differences,all P ＞ 0.05,while the lipid metabolism indexes and the index of traumatic stress indexes of the observation group at first,third and fifth day after the operation were all lower than those of the control group,the proteometabolism indexes were all higher than those of the control group,all P ＜ 0.05,the detection results of the 2 groups after the operation all had significant differences.Conclusion The change fluctuation of body metabolism and traumatic stress of patients treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy during the perioperative period are smaller than those of patients treated with open operation,so the promotion role for the postoperative body recovery of patients with retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy are obvious.
