超声引导麦默通乳腺术治疗良性肿瘤的疗效及激素水平观察

摘    要:目的 探讨超声引导麦默通乳腺术治疗良性肿瘤的疗效及激素水平观察.方法 选取行手术治疗的良性乳腺肿瘤患者68例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法均分两组A组(超声引导麦默通乳腺术)、B组(传统手术),观察两组患者的手术治疗效果相关指标、治疗前后相关细胞因子和激素的表达水平和术后并发症以及生活质量.结果A组手术时间、术后出血量以及创口直径均显著优于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组IL-1、IL-8、TNF-a、雌二醇以及孕酮治疗后水平显著低于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均未出现明显的并发症,但A组患者生活质量(26.5±1.5)分明显高于B组(23.1±1.0)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 超声引导的麦默通乳腺术治疗良性肿瘤疗效好,有效减少手术创伤以及手术引起的炎症因子和相关激素的高表达,加速术后恢复,改善生活质量.

Observation of the Efficacy and Hormone Level of Ultrasound-guided Mamuton Mammography for Benign Tumors
Abstract:Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of ultrasound guided mamuton mammography in the treat -ment of benign tumors .Methods 68 patients with benign breast neoplasms who received elective surgery were selected as sub -jects.They were randomly divided into 2 groups,group A(ultrasound-guided mamuton mammography),group B(traditional sur-gery) ,observed the 2 groups of patients with surgical treatment related indicators ,before and after treatment of related cytokines and hormones expression levels and postoperative complications and quality of life .Results The levels of IL-1,IL-8,TNF-a,es-tradiol and pregnant women in group A were significantly lower than those of group B (P<0.05).There was no significant compli-cation in both groups,but the quality of life(26.5 ±1.5) in group A was significantly higher than that of group B ,(23.1 ±1.0), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided mamuton mammography is effective in the treatment of benign tumors ,which can effectively reduce the high expression of inflammatory factors and related hormones caused by surgical trauma ,accelerate the postoperative recovery and improve the quality of life .
