CTHRC1在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘    要:目的 探讨胶原三股螺旋重复蛋白1(CTHRC1)在子宫内膜癌中的表达情况及其临床意义.方法 选取子宫内膜癌(癌症组)、子宫内膜不典型增生(增生组)及正常子宫内膜(对照组)患者各50例,采用免疫组化法和酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法检测CTHRC1蛋白在子宫内膜组织中的表达情况,并比较其表达情况与子宫内膜癌病理分级、临床分期及是否有淋巴结转移的关系.结果 CTHRC1主要表达在细胞质中,少许表达在细胞核中,其在癌症组阳性表达43例(86%),增生组阳性表达4例(8%),对照组无阳性表达.CTHRC1蛋白在癌症组中的表达明显高于增生组及对照组(P<0.05).CTHRC1在子宫内膜癌中的表达在病理分级、临床分期及是否有淋巴结转移方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 CTHRC1在子宫内膜癌患者体内高表达,且其表达与患者病理分级、临床分期及是否有淋巴结转移有关,有望成为子宫内膜癌发生发展的检测指标之一.

Expression and Clinical Significance of CTHRC1 in Endometrial Cancer
Abstract:Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of CTHRC 1 in endometrial cancer .Methods 50 cases of endometrial cancer ,50 cases of atypical endometrial hyperplasia and 50 cases of normal patients were selected .Using immunohistochemical method and ELISA method to detect the expression of CTHRC 1 protein,and compared its expression with pathological grades ,clinical stages and lymph node metastasis .Results CTHRC1 was mainly expressed in cytoplasm ,with the positive expression rate of 86%(43 cases) in endometrial cancer group ,8%(4 cases)in atypical endometrial hyperplasia group and 0 in the control group .The positive expression rate in endometrial cancer group was significantly different from that in the a -typical endometrial hyperplasia and the control group (P<0.05).There was significant difference in CTHRC1 protein expression with pathological grades,clinical stages and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion CTHRC1 is highly expressed in en-dometrial cancer ,and is correlated with pathological grades ,clinical stages and lymph node metastasis ,and it is expected to be-come one of the important indicators predicting the development of endometrial cancer .
