经黏膜下隧道内镜切除食管平滑肌瘤的疗效分析

目的:探讨经黏膜下隧道内镜切除术(STER)治疗食管平滑肌瘤的临床疗效及安全性.方法:回顾性分析2013年01月至2016年05月经黏膜下隧道内镜切除术治疗的52例食管平滑肌瘤患者资料,观察手术成功率、安全性、并发症及临床疗效等.结果:本组52例病例均成功完成手术,手术时间30~90 min,平均时间48 min.术中共4例发生穿孔,1例术后发生气腹转普外科治疗,余3例均经保守治疗后痊愈.术后随访1~38个月,平均随访21个月.无一例病变残留或复发.结论:STER治疗食管平滑肌瘤安全有效,具有广阔的应用前景.

Clinical efficacy of submucosal tunneling endoscopic resection for esophaugus leiomyoma

Objective:To analysis the curative effect and risk of submucosal tunneling endoscopic resection (STER)for esophaugus leiomyoma.Methods:Success rate,safety,complication rate and prognosis of 52 patients with esophaugus leiomyoma,who were treated by STER,from January 2013 to May 2016 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:All 52 cases successfully received submucosal tunneling endoscopic resection.The operation time were 30~90 min(mean 48 min).During operation,4 cases had perforation.1 case transferred to department of general surgery because of pneumoperitoneum.The others were recovered by conservation treatment.All patients were followed up for 1 to 38 months(mean 21 months).None of cases had residual disease or recrudescence.Conclusion:As a minimally invasive treatment for esophaugus leiomyoma,STER is safe and effective.It has a broad application prospect.
