血管内皮生长因子联合肿瘤标记物检测在非小细胞肺癌诊断中的应用价值

摘    要:目的探讨血管内皮生长因子联合肿瘤标记物检测在非小细胞肺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法收取非小细胞肺癌患者52例作为研究对象,另收取43例良性肺部感染患者及45例健康体检者进行对照。对3组患者血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原125(CA125)以及糖类抗原153(CA153)表达水平进行检测。结果肺癌组VEGF-C、CEA、CA125及CA153表达量均明显高于良性对照组及健康对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);良性对照组VEGF-C表达水平明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05),而肿瘤标记物表达水平与健康对照组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。VEGF-C与肿瘤标记物联合检测可显著提高灵敏度、特异度及准确度,与各单项检测比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。有淋巴结转移的肺癌患者VEGF-C明显高于未转移患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而二者肿瘤标记物水平无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 VEGF-C联合肿瘤标记物检测对非小细胞肺癌诊断及淋巴结转移判断均有重要意义。

Clinical Value of VEGF Combined with Tumor Markers Detection in the Diagnosis of NSCLC
Abstract:Objective To explore the the clinical value of VEGF combined with tumor markers detection in the diagnosis of NSCLC.Methods 52 patients with NSCLC ,43 cases with benign lung infection and 45 cases underwent physical healthy ex-amination were selected .VEGF-C,CEA,CA125 and CA153 of the 3 groups were examined and compared .Results Expression level of VEGF-C,CEA,CA125 and CA153 of NSCLC was obviously higher than benign control group and healthy control group with statistically significance (P<0.05).Expression level of VEGF-C of benign control group was higher than healthy control group (P<0.05),but the expression level of tumor markers of the 2 control groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). Sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of combined detection of VEGF-C and tumor markers were higher than single detection with statistically difference (P<0.05).Expression level of VEGF-C of lung cancer patients with lymph node metastasis was obviously higher than patients without lymph node metastasis (P<0.05),but the expression of tumor markers had no difference between them (P>0.05).Conclusion Combined detection of VEGF-C and tumor markers has important significance in the diagnosis of NSCLC and lymph node metastasis .
