陕西省宝鸡地区妇女人群HPV-DNA亚型分析

目的:探讨陕西省宝鸡地区妇女人群人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染亚型分布特征.方法:采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)反向点杂交技术对HPV进行分型检测.结果:宝鸡地区妇女人群HPV总感染率为35.92%,高危、低危、高低危感染率分别为24.27%、9.21%和2.44%.单一、高危单一和高危多重感染率分别为28.54%20.51%和3.76%.在20岁以下和60岁以上年龄段均有较高感染率.高危型感染率在大于60岁年龄段最高.单一感染常见亚型为16、6、58、11、53、52型;多重感染常见亚型为16、11、6、58、51、53型;总体感染常见亚型为16、6、58、11、53、52型;分别占本组感染71.58%、60.47%和66.86%.不同年龄段妇女人群常见亚型,≤20岁为58、6、39、11、16、56型,21~30岁为6、16、11、52、58、39型,31~40岁为16、6、58、11、52、53型,41~50岁为16、6、58、11、52、51型,51~60岁为16、6、53、11、58、42型,>60岁为16、6、58、11、53、56型;分别占本组感染76.86%、74.12%、71.33%、65.65%、60.92%和73.57%.在多重感染中以二重感染最为多见(5.67%),占多重感染的76.89%.单一、多重和总体HPV16亚型分别占24.34%、13.06%和20.04%.结论:陕西省宝鸡地区妇女人群HPV感染率较高,其常见高危亚型为16、58、53、52、39、56型,低危型为6和11型.不同年龄段亚型分布各有不同.总体、高危、低危和高低危感染率在不同年龄段均有显著差异.

Analysis of HPV-DNA infection status and its subtype distribution of women in Baoji,China

Objective:To investigate infection status and type distribution of human papillomavirus (HPV)in women in Baoji,China.Methods:Twenty-three HPV genotypes were analyzed by PCR and reverse dot blot hybrid-ization technique.Results:The total,high risk,low risk,and mixed high and low risk HPV infection rates were 35.92%,24.27%,9.21% and 2.44% respectively.The rates of single,single high risk and multiple subtype of HPV were 28.54%,20.51% and 3.76% respectively.HPV infection rate was higher for women under 20 year old and o-ver 60 year old group and highest in above 60 years old age group.The main common HPV subtypes were 16,6,58, 11,53,52 in total,16,6,58,11,53,52 in single,and 16,11,6,58,51,53 in multiple subtype infection and with infec-tion rates 71.58%,60.47% and 66.86% in self-group HPV infection respectively.The main common HPV sub-types of different age groups,≤20 were 58,6,39,11,16,56,21 ~ 30 were 6,16,11,52,58,39,31 ~ 40 were 16,6, 58,11,52,53,41 ~ 50 were 16,6,58,11,52,51,51 ~ 60 were 16,6,53,11,58,42,> 60 were 16,6,58,11,53,56 types,and accounted for 76.86%,74.12%,71.33%,65.65%,60.92% and 73.57% in self group infection respec-tively.The double infection of HPV was most common (5.67%)in all multiple infections,and accounted for 76.89%in all multiple infections.The rates of HPV16 subtype of total,single and multiple infection were 20.04%,24.34%and 13.06% in self-group infection respectively.Conclusion:The HPV infection rate of women in Baoji region of Shaanxi province is higher especially in the over 60 years of age group and the most common HPV high and low risksubtypes are 16,58,53,52,39,56 and 6,11.The subtype distribution of HPV were special characteristic in different age groups.The infection rates of total,high risk,low risk and high-low-risk were significant different in different age groups.
