硬膜外麻醉对宫颈癌根治术患者机体应激及细胞免疫的影响研究

目的 研究硬膜外麻醉对宫颈癌根治术患者机体应激及细胞免疫的影响程度.方法 选取行宫颈癌根治术治疗的48例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各24例.对照组进行全麻处理,观察组则进行硬膜外麻醉处理,然后将2组术前、术后即刻、术后12 h及术后48 h的血清炎性应激、应激激素及细胞免疫指标进行比较.结果 术前对照组和观察组的血清炎性应激、应激激素及细胞免疫指标均无明显差异,P均＞0.05,而术后即刻及术后12h、48 h观察组的血清炎性应激及应激激素指标均低于对照组,细胞免疫指标则均优于对照组,P均＜0.05.结论 硬膜外麻醉对宫颈癌根治术患者机体应激及细胞免疫的影响明显好于全麻,因此认为其更适用于宫颈癌根治术的患者.

Study on the Influence of Epidural Anesthesia for the Body Stress and Cellular Immune of Patients with Radical Resection of Cervical Cancer

Objective To study the influence degree of epidural anesthesia for the body stress and cellular immune of patients with radical resection of cervical cancer.Methods 48 patients with radical resection of cervical cancer were selected as the study object,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each with 24 cases,the control group were treated with general anesthesia,the observation group were treated with epidural anesthesia,then the serum inflammatory stress,stress hormones and cellular immune indexes of the 2 groups before the operation,right after the operation,12 h and 48 h after the operation were all compared.Results The serum inflammatory stress,stress hormones and cellular immune indexes of the 2 groups before the operation all had no obvious differences,all P ＞ 0.05,while the serum inflammatory stress and stress hormones indexes of the observation group right after the operation,at 12 h and 48 h after the operation were all higher than those of the control group,and the cellular immune indexes were all worse than those of the control group,all P ＜ 0.05,the differences were all significant.Conclusion The influence of epidural anesthesia for the body stress and cellular immune of patients with radical resection of cervical cancer are obviously better than those of general anesthesia,so it is more suitable for cervical cancer patients treated with radical resection.
