恶性肿瘤住院患者及家属心理痛苦相关性及影响因素分析

目的:分析恶性肿瘤住院患者及家属心理痛苦现状及影响因素,探讨患者本人及家属心理痛苦程度相关性,找寻合理应对心理压力的方法,指导临床治疗过程中心理疏导.方法:引用心理痛苦温度计(DT)、医学应对问卷(MCMQ)及自行设计的一般情况调查表对随机抽样的恶性肿瘤住院患者及家属各124例进行问卷调查,建立数据库,运用IBM SPSS Statistics 21进行统计分析.结果:目前恶性肿瘤住院患者心理痛苦得分为(3.29±2.58)分,家属为(2.85±2.46)分,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);不同家庭经济情况比较,患者及家属心理痛苦差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).面对和回避与心理痛苦成负相关,屈服与心理痛苦成正相关.结论:住院患者及家属普遍存在心理痛苦,并且与家庭年收入相关;家属心理痛苦程度不亚与患者本人,鼓励患者运用面对和回避的方式面对疾病,有助于减轻心理痛苦.

Correlation between psychological pain of cancer patients and their families and influence factor analysis

Objective:To understand the current situation and influence factors of psychological pain of patients and their families in malignant tumors,to investigate the relationship between the patient and family members psychological pain,and to find ways of coping with reasonable psychological pressure,to provide guidance in the process of clinical treatment.Methods:According to the psychological distress thermometer (DT),Medical Coping Questionnaire (MCMQ) and self-designed general situation questionnaire,124 patients and their families were investigated by a questionnaire,establishing a database.IBM SPSS statistics 21 was used for statistical analysis.Results:The psychological pain score of patients with malignant tumor inpatients was (3.29 ± 2.58),and families was (2.85 ± 2.46),with no statistically significant difference (P ＞0.05).In comparison of different family economic conditions,there was statistical significance of patients and their families suffering psychological differences (P ＜ 0.05).Facing and avoiding had negative correlation with psychological pain,while yielding had positive correlation with psychological distress.Conclusion:The inpatients and their families generally have psychological pain,which is related to the annual household income.Families psychological pain degree is the same with the patients themselves,encouraging patients to face disease,to reduce the heart physical pain.
