食管癌术后心律失常的高危因素分析

目的:探讨食管癌术后心律失常的高危因素.方法:回顾分析118例食管癌患者的临床资料,观察分析术前心功能不全、术前FEV1/FVC≤70％、术前低钾血症、贫血、手术方式、手术时间、性别、吸烟、术前合并高血压/糖尿病、年龄＞65岁与心律失常发生的关系.结果:118例患者术后心律失常发生率为23.73％,年龄＞ 65岁、心功能不全、术前FEV1/FVC≤70％、术前低钾血症、手术方式、贫血与术后心律失常的发生有密切关系,而患者性别、术前合并高血压/糖尿病、术后PO2降低、吸烟、手术时间在对术后心律失常的影响上无统计学差异(P＞0.05).结论:食管癌术后心律失常的发生是多因素相互作用的结果.年龄＞ 65岁、心功能不全、术前FEV1/FVC≤70％、术前低钾血症、手术方式、贫血为术后心律失常的高危因素,术前准备、术后心电监护极为重要.

High risk factors of postoperative cardiac arrhythmias in patients with esophageal cancer

Objective:To study the risk factors of postoperative cardiac arrhythmia in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods:Totally 118 cases of clinical findings were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The postoperative arrhythmia occurrence rate was 23.73％.It was closely related to age ＞ 65 years old,heart function,preoperative FEV1/FVC ＜70％,low potassium,operation procedure,anemia and postoperative arrhythmia,but not related to patients' gender,hypertension,diabetes mellitus,PO2 reduction,smoking,and operation time (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Over 65 years old,heart function,preoperative FEV1/FVC ＜ 70％,low potassium,operation procedure,anemia and postoperative arrhythmia are the risk factors of occurrence of arrhythmia after esophageal cancer operation.To realize and to approve them preoperatively and early detect and manage the disorder are important.
